No, there is no fixed contract with Espiromail.

Our subscriptions are a recurring monthly payment which is automatically taken every month on the same date as sign up. You are in control of when you want to cancel or change subscriptions within your account, as long as this is done before the next payment date.

No. The packages Espiromail offers are completely free of any setup fees. The price per month is exactly what it says on the package you choose. VAT is excluded.

Yes. Our clients are all on a shared IP environment.

Yes. We offer a 3 day trial of up to 5,000 contacts to give our clients the opportunity to see how Espiromail works and to see if it is what they are looking for.

Yes you can.

To do this, please log in to your account and click on ‘Subscriptions’ to select the appropriate upgrade plan that suits your requirements. Plan changes can be made at any time.

If upgrading to a higher package, there will be a charge which will be calculated based on the new package price for the days remaining in the current month.

Yes. We are a UK based company available via Live Chat or Telephone during office hours. We have a dedicated team within Espiromail that are willing to answer any questions you may have at any point.

We also offer a Support Ticket option should you need additional help from our tech team. They aim to respond within 24 hours.

Yes. If your subscriber list exceeds 500,000 you can purchase multiple subscription plans or speak to our team about a bespoke package to suit your needs. Contact our team on 0843 886 9843 or speak to your Account Manager.

Yes and no.

If you have purchased your email data from Emailmovers within the past 6 months, then you can use Espiromail immediately.

If you have your own data purchased from elsewhere or collected through your website we would ask that the data is cleansed first and that you have the right to contact these individuals.

We offer a free complimentary cleanse using our software Emailinspector for clients of Espiromail. This can be arranged after you purchase a package.

Espiromail is NOT designed for B2C (Consumer) email data, such as gmail.com, yahoo.com etc. If you upload a list of consumer email data your account could be blocked from sending.
