General FAQ’s

Espiromail is a prospect email marketing platform designed specifically for B2B email campaigns.

Sign up online by selecting one of our monthly subscriptions. Once your account is active you will receive your login details and access to your online portal.

Once payment has been received for your first month your login details will be generated. Your¬†platform login details will become available towards the bottom of the subscriptions page under the heading of ‘Customer Details’ inside your account. Please note, these may take up to 12 working hours to appear, so please check back later if they are not available immediately.

If you need support when using the platform you can visit our Support page. Here you will find FAQ’s, User Guides and Tutorials. If you can’t find the answer to your question you can log in to your account and visit our Support Ticket page to open a ticket.

Espiromail is a rolling monthly subscription. If you no longer need your account and need to cancel please log in to your account and cancel your subscription.

Pricing & Payment

We have a monthly plan to suit all database sizes. By selecting the plan based on the number of subscribers you hold, you can then send unlimited campaigns to your database.

Yes you can. Please log in to your account and click on ‘Subscriptions’ to select the appropriate upgrade plan that suits your requirements.

If you need to change your payment method at any time, log into your Account and click ‘Payment Methods’. You can also change any account details or billing addresses within your account.

If your subscriber list exceeds 500,000 you can purchase multiple subscription plans or speak to our team about a bespoke package to suit your needs. Contact our team on 0845 226 7181 or speak to your Account Manager.
